FAQ

Straight answers about scope, delivery and payment.

If something here contradicts what you were told by email, the written scope confirmation for your order takes precedence — and tell us, so we can fix the page.

What you are buying

What does VistaVoyages actually sell?

Travel planning as a defined deliverable. You choose a package, send a trip brief, agree the scope in writing, pay the planning fee and receive a written itinerary document. We do not sell flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, visas or insurance.

What is in a finished itinerary?

A day-by-day structure for the trip, the route and the order to travel it in, which areas to base yourself in and why, realistic travel times between stops, and notes on what to book early. The inclusions for each package are listed in full on its page before you buy.

Do you book anything on my behalf?

No. You make every booking yourself, directly with airlines, accommodation providers or operators of your choosing. That keeps your contract and your money with the supplier, not with us.

Which package should I choose?

Trip Blueprint suits one destination and a short trip. Signature Itinerary suits a single destination in depth. Multi-City Journey suits routes across several stops or countries. Family Travel Plan and Couple’s Escape Plan shape pacing around who is travelling. Planning Consultation is a 45-minute call when you mainly need one or two decisions resolved.

Can I buy a call instead of a full itinerary?

Yes. The Planning Consultation is sold on its own. It is a scheduled 45-minute call with written notes afterwards; it does not include a full written itinerary.

Timing and revisions

How long does a plan take?

Each package states its own delivery target in business days, counted from written scope confirmation — not from the moment you pay. Targets currently range from 3 business days for a consultation to 10 for a multi-city route.

What counts as scope confirmation?

It is our written reply confirming the destination, dates, traveller count and deliverable we are working to. If your brief is incomplete, the clock starts when the missing detail arrives.

How many revisions do I get?

One revision round is included with every itinerary package. It covers adjustments within the agreed scope — reordering days, swapping an area, adjusting pace. Changing destination or extending the trip is new work and is quoted separately.

Can you work to a tight deadline?

Ask before you pay. If we cannot meet your date within the stated target we will say so rather than accept the work.

Payment, prices and cancellation

What currency are prices in?

All planning fees are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). The full amount payable is displayed in the cart and again at checkout before you pay.

Are the prices final?

The published planning fee is the total for the scope described on the package page. There are no booking fees, service charges or per-traveller surcharges added at checkout.

How is tax treated?

The tax treatment shown at checkout is the one applied to your order, and it is displayed before payment. We do not add unexplained charges after the fact.

How do I pay?

By card, on the payment provider’s secure hosted page. Card details are entered there — VistaVoyages never sees or stores them. Your reference and the amount are shown before you are redirected.

Can I cancel?

Yes — free of charge at any point before planning work is assigned. Once work has been assigned, cancellation terms follow the published Service Fulfilment policy, which you accept before payment.

Are travel costs included in the fee?

No. The planning fee covers our work only. Flights, accommodation, transport, activities, visas and insurance are paid by you, to the relevant supplier, at their prices.

Limits we hold to

Do you confirm availability or hold anything for me?

No. We do not check live availability, hold rooms or reserve seats. Where timing matters, the plan tells you what tends to sell out and how far ahead to book it.

Do you advise on visas or entry requirements?

No. Entry rules, visas and health requirements depend on your nationality and change frequently. Use official government sources and confirm directly with the relevant authority.

Do I need travel insurance?

Insurance is your decision and responsibility. We do not sell, arrange or advise on cover.

Who do I contact while travelling?

We do not operate a 24/7 or emergency assistance service. Your supplier, airline, accommodation provider or insurer is your contact, and local emergency services in an emergency.

Have you personally visited every destination you write about?

No, and we do not claim to. Each destination guide and travel note states the basis it was written from. Where a guide draws on published sources rather than first-hand visits, it says so.

Are the reviews and ratings real?

There are none on this site. We publish no ratings, review scores or testimonials because none have been independently verified and permissioned. Anything not answered here can be sent to management@vistavoyages.online .

Not sure which package fits?

Describe the trip in a sentence or two — destination or region, rough dates, how many of you. We will tell you which package fits, or that you do not need one.
