A defined planning deliverable: research, routing and a written itinerary or a scheduled consultation. No reservation, booking, deposit or held availability forms part of any package. Planning capacity confirmed at checkout.

Targets run from the date scope is confirmed in writing, not from the date of enquiry.
Cancellation
- Cancel at no charge at any point before planning work is assigned.
- Once work is assigned, the fee reflects research already carried out. Any partial refund is agreed in writing and reflects the work completed at that point.
- Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge more than 24 hours before the call.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Revisions
Each itinerary package includes one revision round covering adjustments within the agreed scope. Changing destination, trip length or traveller count after delivery is a new scope and is quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
Passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, insurance and all travel reservations remain your responsibility. Itinerary content is research and guidance, not a guarantee of availability, price or supplier terms.
