How it works

  1. Choose the package, trip length and traveller count.
  2. Complete the trip brief with your destination, approximate dates and interests.
  3. We confirm the scope and the delivery date before payment is taken.
  4. You pay the approved planning fee and we begin research.
  5. Your itinerary is delivered as digital itinerary + 45-minute call, with one revision round.

Revisions and cancellation

Cancellable at no charge before planning work is assigned. See the Service Fulfilment policy for the position after work starts.

Questions about this package

Does this include flights or hotels?

No. This is a planning deliverable only. You book any travel arrangement yourself, or we agree a separate arrangement in writing once a compliant booking model is approved.

When is my delivery date confirmed?

Before payment. The scope summary and delivery target are shown at checkout, and the target runs from the point scope is confirmed.
